Cyanotype photography work created for a group exhibition at the White Box Gallery in Portland, OR. Myrargata Wall explores the exhibition theme of "ruffle" as an expression of internal discomposure and surface irregularity through texture, geometry, and geographic motifs. This piece is also a reflection of the dark, vast, and gritty winter I experienced during January and February 2013 at the Nes Artist Residency in Skagastrond, Iceland.
